What do you get?
We start with one conference call with you and/or your team to evaluate your needs and expectations for the ideal candidate. Then, I do one conference call with the candidate and one assignment to be completed by the candidate within a certain time frame. During the conference call, I check the candidate's knowledge about R and its ecosystem and I let him or her perform one or more tasks with his or her screen shared.
The service ends with a final conference call with you and/or your team to share my thoughts on the level of proficiency in programming in R of the candidate.
What don't you get?
I do not provide any judgment on a candidate as a person or if the candidate would be a good fit within your team or not. I only provide an assessment of the level of proficiency in programming in R and whether or not I believe that this level is sufficient for your organization's needs.

When and how much Value Added Tax (VAT) do we charge on our services?
We charge no VAT if your organization is based outside of the European Union (EU).
We reverse charge the VAT to you if your organization is based in one of the EU countries, except the Netherlands, and you provide us with a valid VAT registration number for your organization.
We apply 21% VAT to our services if your organization is based in the Netherlands or if it is based in the European Union and you do not provide us with a valid VAT registration number for your organization.
